The Dhaba

The Dhaba by Raviz is a concept inspired by the hullabaloo of the street food culture of India, primarily in pockets of Amritsar, Kolkata and Mumbai. Street food is India's biggest obsession, with it acting as a glue amongst friendships and foes, and foes, across all social communities. Panipuri is enjoyed greedily by both a silver spoon sobo girl and a gullyboy, shoulder to shoulder, grinning as the spices come to life on their tongues. It seems as if all difficulties and worries in life can be solved by chai and big fat juicy pakodas.
